Shar-Pei should ONLY be purchased from breeders who belong to the Chinese Shar-Pei Club of America, offer a written contract, offer checkable references, screen their dogs for health defects, and will always take the dog back if you are ever unable to keep it. NEVER BUY A SHAR-PEI FROM A PET STORE. The registration papers are only as good as the breeder. ALWAYS DEAL WITH A CSPCA MEMBER BREEDER YOU TRUST. |
